How do we ship?
We ship via USPS. Shipping time is within 1-2 weeks. During the peak seasons, shipping and deliver may require a little more time. We only ship to the USA.
Returns or exchanges?
We do NOT except returns or exchanges. But if you have a problem please contact us by using the Contact Us page. No refunds will be given unless proven that the shop messed up the order. So please double check your order before placing it, especially the personalization.
How to wash items?
The best way to wash items is in cold water with color catchers. Turning the item inside out also helps to prevent damage. We do not wash items or fabrics prior due to allergies and such. Also, be sure not to wash items with hooks and velcro that can stick to and catch threads.
How you can prevent color bleeding?
Soaking outfits in a solution of vinegar and water prior to washings. This solution is made up of 75% vinegar and 25% water. Allow the item to soak for 6-8 hours. Then wash in cold water and hang to dry. This is especially helpful with bold and bright colors.
